    Welcome to Amaresh Plants, Maintenance & Co. (APM & Co.). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

    General

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and clients availing services offered by APM & Co., including but not limited to plant rental, plant maintenance, landscaping, and related services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    Services Offered

    APM & Co. provides:

    • Indoor & Outdoor Plant Rentals
    • Landscape Design and Installation
    • Plant Maintenance Programs
    • Green Décor for Offices, Homes, and Events

    All services are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order or booking request.

    Bookings and Payments

    • Orders can be placed via our website, email, phone, or in person.
    • Depending on the service type, a full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
    • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Final billing will reflect applicable taxes and any extra services requested.
    • Invoices and receipts will be provided for all transactions.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may not be eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
    • Any plants returned late, damaged, or missing will incur additional charges as assessed by our team.

    Responsibilities of the Customer

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper care of all rented plants and equipment during the rental period.
    • All plants must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
    • Any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period will be chargeable.
    • Watering instructions or handling care will be provided when needed.

    Intellectual Property

    All website content — including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Amaresh Plants, Maintenance & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

    Limitation of Liability

    While we strive to deliver the best quality plants and services, APM & Co. shall not be held liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
    • Property damage caused by improper handling of plants
    • Any issues arising from third-party service providers (e.g., logistics or payment gateways)

    Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service or product rendered.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
